Have you seen these strange little fellas before? I found them washed up our local Devon beach earlier this week. They’re apparently called Gooseneck Barnacles. I haven’t mustered up the courage to eat one yet but they’re a highly prized delicacy in Portugal and Spain where they auction for as much as 300euro a kilo and a plateful in a restaurant could set you back 100euro.
