Red Cottage is Wi-fi enabled and has a smart TV (guests will need to use their own login’s for Netflix, Prime, Now TV etc).
The laundry room on site houses a washing machine and two tumble dryers. There is a charge of £2 per load for the tumble dryers (we provide a rotary washing line and clothes horse for the guests use).
There are two dedicated VendElectric Electric Vehicle (EV) charging points in the car park which allow you to pay for your charge using an app. We do not have any power sockets that are suitably rated, protected and certified as safe for charging an EV and we do not permit EVs to be charged using anything but the specific EV charging points.
We also have BBQs available and an open seating area directly outside the cottage.
Mead Barn Cottages is a 20 minute walk (0.8 of a mile) or short drive down to Welcombe Mouth beach (small car park) which dogs are welcome on all year round.
Please note that there are horses on site whom reside in the yard and which are ridden up and down the drive. There are also two cats in residence. We ask that dogs are kept under control when in the grounds and guests should note that the grounds are open.
