Wheat Barn

Wheat Barn is one of our two bedroomed cottages located on the upper floor of the stone barn, accessed by a small external stone staircase. The property is suitable for a couple or a family. The property is located on the first floor of the barn above Rye Barn, we ask that all of our guests act with due consideration to others on site and that noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm. Parking is available on site for 2 cars.

Wheat Barn is fresh and light with some of the old beams revealed. The entrance door opens onto a large comfortable open plan lounge with kitchen/dining area. It has comfortable modern settee and two chairs, Smart TV, electric heating and Wi-Fi throughout. The kitchen has pine dining furniture, a fan oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

Wheat Barn has two bedrooms off the living room; one a double and one a twin room. Both rooms overlook a courtyard with flowerbeds facing eastwards to the meadows beyond. Linens are provided, along with 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person.

Adjacent to the twin bedroom is a family-size bathroom with power shower over bath.

As Wheat is up a number of outside old stone steps, it is not suitable for those who have difficulty with walking.
