Rye Barn

Rye Barn is spacious and full of character, originally having been the barn’s milking parlour. Rye Barn is located on the ground floor of the barn beneath Wheat Barn and Barley Barn. This cottage is suitable for couple or family bookings, no parties or events. We ask that all of our guests act with due consideration to others on site and that noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm. Parking is available on site for 2 cars only.

The cottage has three bedrooms together with a well-appointed, open plan kitchen and living area. The living room contains two comfortable leather double settees and two armchairs, a Smart TV, and electric heating. The wooden dining table seats six comfortably and the fitted kitchen is very well-equipped with fan oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi is available throughout the barn.

There are three bedrooms, a double room with digital TV and en-suite wet room and two twin rooms. There is an additional family sized bathroom with bath and electric shower over.

Linens are provided, along with 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person.

Being all on one level with easy access from the drive, Rye Barn is suitable for the less abled or a wheelchair user.
