An availability calendar and prices are located on each cottage page.
To book your holiday you can either send an email or phone us.
We ask for a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full rental cost and will email or send by post full details of the cost of your holiday. The balance of the rental needs to be paid six weeks before the start of your holiday.
We can accept payment by direct transfer into our bank, debit/credit card or cheque. Please note a surcharge of 1% will be charged for use of a credit card.
Please note that bookings are only confirmed after the deposit and completed booking form are received by us.
Should you cancel your booking we will attempt to re-let the property. Should this be successful we will refund the amount we were able to re-let the property for, minus the deposit and a 10% administrative charge.
All prices are inclusive of electricity, heating, bedding, kitchen linen and towels.
We reserve the right to apply a breakages/cleaning deposit on bookings – please see full Terms and Conditions.
Changeover day is Friday in peak season, flexible at other times. The cottage is available from 4pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Dogs are welcome at a rate of £25 for the first and £15 each thereafter. Registered Assistance Dogs are welcome Free of Charge.
A cot and high-chair are provided free of charge (subject to availability) but no bedding is supplied for the cots.
